Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
1.Shipping method:
Your ordered goods will be sent to you using the parcel shipping service Hermes to the address you provided electronically.
2.Countries we ship to:
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Germany, Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except overseas territories), Greece, Ireland, Italy (except Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
3. Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are as follows and include VAT:
- Austria: €4.20 – Free delivery from €100
- Germany: €9.90 – Free delivery from €150
- International: (All countries we ship to except Germany and Austria) €12.10 – Free delivery from €200
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (digital drawings & samples).
4.Delivery time for stock items
The delivery time for goods in stock within Austria is usually 3-5 working days. In Germany between 7-10 working days and internationally between 7-21 working days. We always strive to keep delivery times as short as possible.
4.1 Delivery time for partial deliveries & pre-orders
If a product is not in stock, it must be reordered from the dealer. We reserve the right to set the delivery time between 4-6 weeks.
5. Delivery of partial orders
If there is an order for stock goods and a pre-order, the stock goods will be sent separately from the pre-order.
6.Important information We only start producing the customer-specific goods after receipt of payment. This may extend delivery times.
7. Shipment tracking After completion of the customer-specific goods, the package is handed over to Hermes parcel shipping or the Austrian Post. The customer can look up the shipment number in his account and use this to track the delivery status at www.hermes.at .
